"I loved this place. being on a farm was incredible. This place was so quiet I was hearing the crickets at night. The inside of this place was gigantic. I loved how roomy the living area was. The bed was absolutely comfortable, the sheets were so soft, and I love the fact that I could close the door and none of the sunlight came into the room. I love how there was a little kitchenette. The shower was hot and the pressure was great. There was plenty of towels in the bathroom if you needed extra. I loved how I could sit on the porch and drink my morning coffee and look at the beautiful farmland. To get a hold of the host I had to call on the telephone to make sure that I knew how to check into the place. I was able to park right in front of the house. I would like to point out if the person reading this wants a very clean place and doesn't expect any type of dirt. This is not the place for you. I enjoyed how rustic it was even though I did have to clean the coffee pot because it had some old coffee grounds in it. Plus, the fact, the doorway that I went in was dirty. But I didn't mind because I like the old feel of it. Overall, I loved the experience."

"The pool area was great, my kids loved it! When we first arrived the cleaning chemical smell was overbearing but it must have been necessary. The building could use some updates."

Cozy Cabin Located on 10 Acres

Cozy Cabin Located on 10 Acres

"Exceptional hospitality—perfect for hunters and outdoor enthusiasts! We stayed in the 5-bedroom lodge, and everything about the experience went smoothly. It's incredibly private and quiet and just a short distance from the town of Lisbon and the Sheyenne National Grasslands. This setup would be absolutely ideal for hunting groups or outdoor enthusiasts looking for a home base to explore the area.Jake truly went above and beyond and seemed to anticipate every need. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly want, and having laundry on-site was a huge convenience. We even had a surprise snowstorm during our stay, he proactively came over to start the pellet stove for us without even being asked! While the property offers two rentals (the lodge and a smaller cabin), the 5-bedroom house provided plenty of space. The decor is a bit dated—think charming 70s-style vibes—but it was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and highly recommend this property for anyone heading to this part of North Dakota."
