"Lovely property with an absolutely gorgeous garden. Stayed as a group of 8 friends and really enjoyed the pool and garden. Lots of great walks nearby. Very well furnished property with everything you need and clear and easy communication with the host. Would recommend!"

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...
