"Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. "Having read many negative comments about this hotel we were pleasantly surprised to find things far better than expected. On arrival we were welcomed by Eileen who was very friendly, helpful and totally professional. We were soon checked in and were very impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room and bathroom. Towels and bed linen were immaculate, the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent. There was a good selection of hot and cold breakfast items which were nicely presented. All in all we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Recommended."
