"The breakfast closed early on Saturday when it was communicated to close at 10:30. The housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door between 8:30 and 10:00. The last time the house keeper let her self in while the room was still occupied. She did not announce herself either time. The front desk told me that I would receive points for the inconvenience, but they did not provide me with a case number. Their excuse was a language barrier with the house keeper as the house keeper speaks very little english. Mind you check out is noon and I had not communicated that we had vacated the property AT ALL!!!! So now Hilton shows no record of the complaint. Now I have to take time out of my day to call the hotel to see what the status is for this inconvenience."
