"Great location- very convenient to Cypress Cove Marina and Venice Marina. Dollar General almost directly across the street. As other reviewers mentioned, it's new and clean. Plenty of room, has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again."

"AC worked perfectly, which was a huge relief after long, hot days out on the water. The place was clean and comfortable, with a great layout for a fishing group. While there’s no ice maker inside, there’s a fridge/freezer outside that made it easy to keep fish and drinks cold. Location couldn’t be better—right in the marina with super easy access for boat pick-up. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This place was exactly what we needed. The A/C units were on and had the house cool before we even arrived. The back porch on the water was big enough for four chairs and our coolers. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the appliances, dishes, and utensils we needed to cook breakfast and dinner each day. The couch and love seat provided a comfortable place to sit and relax while we weren’t outside. "
