"Everything you’d expect expect from a 4 star hotel! Only thing is the sauna & gym were shared by Swiss garden residences so on weekends it can get quite busy. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better but then again you don’t melaka to spend time in the gym 😂"

"Hotel is converted from old Paranakan house, very beautiful. Surprisingly the room was quiet and soundproof, I expected it could be noisy but it wasn’t. Bathroom was very big and clean, room and bad were clean, only the carpet is due for change. Hotel provide free parking slot. counter staff was helpful and courteous. Will stay again if back to Malacca. "

"The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and the breakfast had a good choice - we loved it. Staff was really helpful - my husband forgot his glasses in the room and they promptly send them to our next hotel. Really a great hotel. "

"Overall it’s a good hotel. However it’s not comparable with 5 stars hotel service. The breakfast is not attractive at all, there is a few chairs at the pool,, the gym is old and not well maintained. The most of staff is friendly. The pool staff is not at the pool, the guest cannot ask the towels. Tthe pool bar staff said he is bot pool staff and he does not know anything about the pool. Need a phone to reception or pool staff."

"Room is spacious mattress is very hard and uncomfortable and sunken in . The bed is too close to the wardrobe and the door can’t be opened so I was not able to use the wardrobe . Shower holder is faulty and couldn’t hold shower head properly and keeps dropping off when I turn off the shower and I struggle to fix it back many times Balcony door lock is also faulty and loose Towels provided is not very clean and it looks unhygienic and dirty It would have been an excellent stay had this...
