  • The beautiful "Sonnenfang" holiday apartment offers an abundance of sunshine and natural light across nearly 62 m² of living space. It is idyllically situated in Emmelsbüll, near Dagebüll—the gateway to the North Frisian Islands—making it the perfect base for exploring the North Sea coast at your own pace. From Dagebüll, you can easily reach the islands of Amrum and Föhr, or take the train from Niebüll to Sylt.

    You can make yourself at home in the spacious living area, which features an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen perfect for preparing meals. The adjoining sun terrace and shared garden offer a wonderful spot to enjoy the fresh North Sea air, and an electric grill is available for sociable barbecue evenings.

    The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and feature a double bed and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), respectively. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for up to two additional guests.

    The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the entire apartment features underfloor heating.

    A small village shop is located right in the village and is easily accessible on foot. A dedicated parking space is available in front of the house, and any bicycles you bring along can be safely stored in a lockable bike garage.

Schöner Garten mit Blick auf weidende Schafe. Sauber bis auf Spinnweben, Blätter usw. auf der Terrasse. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr gut organisiert und bei Problemen oder Fragen ist jemand erreichbar und es wird schnell und unkompliziert behoben. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne, helle Ferienwohnung. Perfekte Ausstattung, schöner Gartenanteil mit Terasse. Wir waren im August mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Teenager für 9 Tage hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 8 Minuten am Meer. Man kann schöne Ausflüge zu den Inseln machen, nach Dänemark. Für Kunst- und Pflanenliebhaber ist das Nolde Museum ein echtes Highlight. Cafe Deichtraum ist sehr empfehlenswert, ist auch gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Hochwertig mit allem ausgestattet und in einer schönen, ruhigen Lage mit Blick aufs Feld. Ausflugsziele sind sehr gut erreichbar. Eine sehr schöne Naturbadestelle ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
