"Out of the way,good if one prefers a more remote local, bad if you want to spend your time in Naples. Very clean, great kitchen and master bath. TV in every room is nice. Only real issue is some sound deadening such as rugs would be nice. It is a steel constructed building and w/ TV on it is difficult to have a conversation, sounds reverberate.However, very nice place and would highly recommend. "

"i extended my stay another month because Florida is beautiful and hot and this house is ideal for my situation. ruth has been an outstanding host, so much as i repainted the garage floor because it needed attention. so when you book this home, tell me how it came out in the comments. also, at night got to watch out for the frogs they always want to enter the garage, they are harmless they just needed to be booted out. if you're not from Florida then you need to get used to the bugs and all the creatures in their habitat. which i only encountered two frogs so far. this will be the house i always rent until my home is finished being built. i extended 2 more weeks so look for my last review in two weeks. "

"Overall our stay was very good. The house was as described in the description and in the pictures on Vrbo. The house was very clean and the amenities provided made it an enjoyable stay.There was a brief period of confusion on the day of check-in related to the security system but it was resolved efficiently that day. Towards the end of our stay, there was a regular scheduled spray of the exterior of the house for pest control. This spraying resulted in an abundance of dead ants in the screened in porch and we left a note for the cleaning group upon check-out.Even with these couple items, we did have a pleasurable stay."

"The pool was enjoyable in everyday. The dogs were good. With the hedges I was able to walk Bella off leash in front yard. Learned some about reverse osmosis, will look into for our home. Grilled almost everyday. Had a great stay now back to the snow. Met up with friends that have relocated. "

"Beautiful home! We were in town for a weekend to attend a wedding. Home is very functional with a split bedroom layout. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There were board games available as well as sound machines in each of the bedrooms - perfect for kiddos! Lot is very private, fully fenced in with electric gate. Will definitely re-book next time we’re in Naples! "

"We stayed in a very beautiful home. The home was very roomy and tastefully decorated with gray tones throughout all rooms. However, it was not cleaned thoroughly and there were ants throughout the rooms. The ants were extremely bad in the bathroom of the master suite. A call was placed to Barbara (our contact person) about the uncleaned house and the ants. She promised to send someone out the next day to take care of the conditions.However, they never showed up. Therefore, it left us to do it.She promised numerous times during our stay to send someone, but that never occurred.Actually, she sent a text on the day we were scheduled to depart stating that someone would come and take care of the cleaning, etc.It was a very friendly neighborhood and we met several neighbors. We talked to the owner by phone letting her know how much we enjoyed being in her home, enabling us to have a nice two weeks to relax, day trips to see the area, visit museums and a day visit to Sanibel Island."

"the house is beautiful. The outdoor area is great. Loved the location.Only reason it's a 4 is because of the lack of hot water.The shower runs lukewarm at best. And after paying for the hot tub, the owners kept turning it off. deciding when i could use it."
