I recommend the host address these cleanliness, pest-control, and maintenance concerns before accepting more guests. "

"We were down in the area to go fishing and visit family who live nearby. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Excellent pool and screened patio. Nice, private yard. Very comfortable house. Convenience stores and gas 5 min drive away. Larger shopping centers and restaurants within 15 minutes drive. We did have to contact Irina at the beginning of our stay and she responded immediately and took care of everything swiftly. A property and management. "
