"We had a very good stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast spread was very good and there are many options for food within walking distance. The only inconvenience was having to carry the luggage up to the 2nd floor as the hotel does not have a lift."

"Received a call from the hotel manager before we arrived. Asked us if there was anything she could do to make our stay better. Requested two simple things & she made it happen. Very much appreciated for the coirtesy call and it did make our stay that much better. Breakfast was fantastic. Only minor things that weren't perfect was having to run the tub for a few minutes to get hot water & the toilet seat not staying up. But im being very fussy at that stage. Will definitely come back."
