"The staff were wonderful and the pool and work out room was good too. However the train at 5:29 and 6:30 am was not good. It sounded like it was coming through our room and tooted loud and lots so it was hard to get back to sleep!"

"At one point, I tried to enter the hot tub but it was much too hot for me even on the first step, but there was a staff member available in the pool area, although they weren't a lifeguard. I asked if she could make it a bit colder and she said yes and thanked me for letting her know. The breakfast was great as well! They had hot food items: pancakes, eggs, and sausage being served by a staff member. It helped a lot to have a staff member present when the orange juice ran out, as it made requesting a fix very easy. My kids and I were very happy staying here!"

"Great location for travellers. Check in was very good. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable but air conditioner was not completely in place. Curtains were a starting to show rips. Toiletries were not great. Only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. We only stayed one night so easy to deal with negatives."

"The pool was closed for renovations and that was not indicted when I booked through hotels.com. I checked off pool and hot tub when booking and this hotel came up... so that was annoying. The breakfast was mainly just breakfast sandwiches and the cheese looks hard and plastic. Didn't even taste it as it was not appealing to look at."
