Offering spacious luxury condos and townhomes. Enjoy ocean views and a community pool with shopping and eateries right in your backyard.

    3 Bedrooms, 3 ½ Bathrooms. King * Queen * 2 Singles * Queen Sleeper Sofa. Island Club linen service with beds made. Elevator from ground level to each floor. Three-level, stand-alone townhome (no attached units) offering two private furnished balconies with beautiful ocean views of the Atlantic. Fourth bedroom is sleep den on lower level with QSS and no closet. This specially designed community pairs a combination of coastal and luxury living. Enjoy dining and shopping on the premises, stroll to the ocean or enjoy the private community pool and lounge area easily accessible just outside your door. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 4 Smart TVs with cable and wireless Internet access. Steps away from the ocean and close to grocery stores, waterpark, bike path and public beach access with volleyball court and restrooms. Beach cart provided. Available year-round. Three-night minimum. No smoking. Pets allowed with $250 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). *PROPERTY WILL OFFER NO WORRIES COMFORTERS FOR 2026.

    This property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The house was incredibly comfortable and truly had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was spotless when we arrived—super clean and very well maintained.One of the best parts was the location. Being so close to the beach made everything so convenient, and we loved being able to go back and forth with ease throughout the day.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
