Private 10' x 25' swimming pool (pool can be heated for an additional $500 per week), hot tub. Ground level game room with Smart TV, pool table, ping-pong table, darts, beverage refrigerator and icemaker. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 7 Smart TVs, wireless Internet access. The open living area offers a Smart TV and direct access to oceanview decks. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets. 3306 Ocean Drive.
