Hi Gabriel, the homeowner has asked us to share this response: - As the owner, I, too, am disappointed that the prior guest allowed their pet to put a large hole in the carpet and damage multiple sets of blinds. Because of this experience, we are no longer accepting pets for any future bookings. - We want our guests to have a relaxing and positive experience, and the property was certainly not at our normal standard. Unfortunately, bookings during summer are back to back, so there was not adequate time to make repairs before your arrival. - The blinds and flooring for the Mermaid Room have all been replaced over the last week. - I stayed in the home last week, and the TV is working downstairs; there is no cable, so perhaps that was the issue at hand. There is Netflix and Wifi for any streaming. - Thank you for your feedback on the binder; we can certainly put something like this together for guests who appreciate this type of information. I will also give the other items mentioned attention. - I apologize that your experience was less than ideal, and I will be working with Evolve to make things right.
