Dune Alright is a charming 4 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront vacation home. This is one of the most inviting cottages on the beach. Relaxing furniture and a wide-screen TV make the living room comfortable and cozy while you enjoy fantastic views of both the ocean and the sound. Just a few steps down the private walkway and you are at the beach. Take in a sunrise or sunset on the spacious oceanfront deck or private Gazebo! No elevator needed here because the living quarters are all on one level. For those of you that need to do a little work on your vacation or just want to stay "connected", there is High Speed Wireless Internet available. Just bring your own computer.

Level One: Large Living Area with Flat Screen TV has sliding glass doors that open out to the Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area. Galley Kitchen has a Dishwasher and a Microwave.

Oceanfront Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Open Deck and shared Bath with Bedroom #2. Oceanfront Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed, Open Deck and shared Bath with Bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and shared Bath with Bedroom #4. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunks and shared Bath with Bedroom #3. Garage.

Amenities include: 5 Color Cable TVs, Keurig Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, Charcoal Grill, Sundeck with Furniture and a Private Gazebo with Seating.

Linens and Towels provided for Weekly and Nightly stays.

1 DOG ALLOWED With All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - no Fee! 1 Dog Max. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
