Very nice condo with a short walk to the beach. The pools were very clean and well maintained. The spiral staircase was a pain but overall it is a very nice condo in a quiet neighborhood.

The location was great and we appreciated how organized the house was — the labeled cabinets were especially helpful. Definitely not for anyone who can’t do a lot of stairs. There are a few small maintenance items that could use attention, but nothing that took away from our trip. Overall, it’s a comfortable home with a lot of potential, and we enjoyed our time here!

Great Vacation in Emerald Isle

We had a great stay, the location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and everything you need (chairs, umbrellas, etc) conveniently at the condo. There is also a water park, shops, and restaurants within walking distance and two grocery stores right across the road.

The location is convenient to many restaurants, grocery store if youvm forgot something and pharmacy. The view is nice. We stayed during the winter, making it nice and quiet just the way we like it. Owner was prompt to answer any questions I had prior to arrival.

Tranquil serenity!

Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from the balconies or the beach! The decor with beach theme throughout was adorable. We walked down the beach for lunch by the pier. Our host was very thorough and communicated well. Giving suggestions for area places to visit too. I recommend this location to anyone looking to get away from it all!

Our grandson and family live out by swansboro. We do our best to come see them once or twice a year. This location was nice with the ocean and 2 pools. Also very close to many things you would want or need. Hosts are very easy to get ahold of. Quite pleasent.

The property is a short walk to the beach. You have a great view of the ocean from the deck. The rental is stocked with everything you need. If we ever go back to Emerald Isle, we would rent again!

Beautiful Home!

I'm going to start off by saying that the location was perfect! two pools to choose from, walking distance to the beach. supplied with ample beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. The room was perfect, they supplied baby gates for the spiral stairs which came in handy with my children. they also supply everything you could ever need to make your meals in house. we had an exceptional time and hope to be back soon!

This little oceanview condo is a delight, with quick access to both pools and a great patio view of the ocean. Our family thorough enjoyed the time spent at the location (with the exception of the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs... )!

This was our first visit to Emerald Isle. A Lil Nauti was wonderful and the owners were great to work with! Very clean condo with everything we needed for a week long stay. The beds were very comfortable so a great night's sleep came easy! Gorgeous views of the ocean and a very quick, easy beach access! Plus, two beautiful pools! The area made it easy to enjoy great food, shopping and time with family & friends! It definitely felt like home. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay in Emerald Isle

We spent a short off peak weekend in Emerald Isle. The condo was very nice and looks like the pictures. On the smaller side but its two levels and plenty roomy enough for just the two of us. It is in a great location, within short walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. We also chose to walk to the pier which was very manageable.The owner communicated well and seemed very nice. There are a lot of rules and instructions to follow, but i imagine that is similar to many places. Also the cleaning fee, plus insurance, plus VRBO fee are annoying, especially for an offseason stay with limited amenities. Nonetheless we had a loveley time and stay

Sweet Sixteen Weekend Perfection!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo! We’ve stayed in beach houses for 15 years on Emerald Isle, but are new to condos. The owners have thought of everything from extra swiffer duster pads to lanterns by the sliding glass door for nights. Very well supplied kitchen- just like home. There is a culture in the home from renter to renter that keeps basic needs in stock- you just replace it if you use the last of it. I love this!!! It is so easy to forget hand soap or toilet paper when packing. There wasn’t one thing I would change. The king size bedroom is huge and could easily accommodate a pack-n-play. The queen bedroom has a daybed WITH a trundle. The home would sleep 6 comfortably for sure without being crammed. The relaxing view from the upstairs balcony is perfect for morning mimosas. Check out process was easiest of any place we’ve stayed. Owners have everything streamlined. We will be back for sure!
