About this property

Villa Anna Apartment - Apartment with Parking Space

  • The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a historic, landmark-protected villa in the beautiful “Bentinkshof” area. Villa Anna has a rich historical background and was once used as a maternity home. The apartment underwent a high-quality renovation in September 2022 and was fitted with select materials.
The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect way to start your day.
A highlight of the apartment is the spacious living and dining area. The large sofa bed not only offers plenty of space and seating during the day but can also be unfolded to provide an additional sleeping area—with a width of 1.40 m—for two people. Another highlight is the large, walk-in shower.
