"Horrible! The house is very old and the sanitary services where very poor. The house is in for a massive renovation, don't expect the stuff in the house to work properly. we stayed with 34p. Upon arrival, there was a problem with the plumbing, we coudn't use the toilet or showers for 3 days! if we did use is the water leaked into the dining area... the owner did help us after several complaints, but first had to try and blame us for the problems... we paid 15.250euro for the chalet. "We throughly enjoyed our stay at Le Lac, all the staff we met were very helpful to us and spoke to us with curtesy, our French is limited but they went out of their way to speak to us in English, our room was clean, and quiet, even though initially we did wonder as up the stairs ftom reception, but we need not have worried, we were on a motorbike and they helped us to ensure it was parked in a safe secure place, we throughly enjoyed the spa facilities and used them every day , the sunloungers were ideal and you could sit in the sun or shade. The only thing was with the spa facilities was that there were cobwebs in some areas but are aware that these can be cleaned 1 day and there the next. The position of the hotel was good for us and the use of the free bus ideal."

"Easy check in process, it took about 30 mins of queuing, that was ok as there were lots of people Staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to book the carpark. It's a must I won't forget again, although there is a very good underground carpark opposite for a very reasonable price. *€8/day Apartment was great, big enough for the two of us. It came with all you would need for a week's skiing. It is literally a few minutes to the slopes, ideal with children. On the way you pass the ski school, ski hire and the ski pass pick up points. Overall a fantastic stay. I will be looking to stay there again."

"Overall a clean appartment to stay. Every basic element is available. Nice terrace in front. The structure of the apartment is a bit strange. There is no window in the bedroom and you need to go trough the bedroom to go in the kitchen. Also an electricity box in the bedroom doesn't feel very safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay for a short period. "
