Omni Shoreham Hotel

"The property's location was situated close to Rock Creek Park. There is a beautiful pool on premises. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. It was a very comfortable room. The only negative is that I dined in the bar. The staff was helpful and kind, but, the steak that I ordered was not served hot and it was not cooked uniformly. I ordered medium rare and some portions were rare. It was $47 for the entree, so it was edible, but, not as good as I expected."

"Pool, gym , staff. , spacious room , bath and closet , outdoor space! The construction noise ( hidden) in the lobby was distracting for conversation during the day We arrived after 10 pm due to flight delay No restaurant or food service available and the convenience store was too far for us to walk.. otherwise the onsite dining was fine"

"I stayed at the hotel with our twin toddlers. We got a suite, which was super helpful so that we could have separate spaces, and the hotel provided two pack-n-plays and a microwave for us. Very accommodating!"

"Great location. Quiet room. Excellent bed. Front desk team is very helpful. The bar was closed at 9:30pm which I found unusual for a downtown DC hotel. Overall a good option!"

"Check-in process was smooth but parking was a bit pricey at $55 per day. The parking is conveniently located under the hotel, so I wasn't to pressed about it. The hotel is located in a very convenient location where it's easy to get to lots of destinations. My only gripe is that the bathroom was a bit moldy in the shower and (the following opinion is purely personal..)I hate when there is no shower door. It's trivial, relatively, but uughhhh. Check-out was super easy & I appreciate that it's a later check-out time compared to other places I've stayed."
The Dupont Circle Hotel

"Just a few little quibbles. The Pembroke lunch and dinner menus were trying too hard to be "fancy." Nothing under $16 for breakfast, and no burger for dinner. The Doyle was the other extreme; a desert at breakfast time (9:30?); has to track down the server. Having to call room service for ice every darned time was a drag. The TV selection could have been better. And I had real problems getting the in-room coffee brewer to work."

"Front desk staff was horrible during check-in and check-out. Could care less about anything except for giving and taking the room keys from me. Would never return to this hotel again. Terrible customer service experience. I will be disputing the entire room charge for this stay."
