Everything was great for us! The check in process was a little rough but no fault to Tanner or Silka as we just never recieved the email from vrbo.Great cabin, great location especially if you're there for the atv trails like us!Tanner and his wife Silka were great host and very hospitable! Definitely recommend!
Ideally placed for Ely, the Wolf & Bear Centers, the Root Beer Lady’s museum, and of course access to the Boundary Waters lake system. The cabin was ideal for our needs.
The cabin was great! Exactly what we were hoping for. Nice and cozy. Comfortable space. It was in a great location for our needs. Our contact was very helpful and prompt to respond. We would definitely return.
Cabin was beautiful. Was close to the wolf center and the bear center. Also close to falls for hiking. It felt safe enough to walk the dog at 5:30 in the morningTanner replied pretty much immediately when i had questions. Thank you.
The cabin was clean, well appointed, comfortable and decorated very north woodsy. An added touch was fresh flowers which I loved. I loved the log cabin, the fact it had a private fire circle with adirondaks and wood, and that my dog was welcome!! The location to town is convenient. Even tho it was off the main drag, once inside the log cabin, it was very quiet. Tanner and Silkie were very easy to communicate with and the key was in a convenient lock box. I would definately stay again! The cabins are brand new!
The cabin was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We loved the fire pit, and enjoyed the convenience of being close to town and many of the local attractions. The online site says that dogs aren't allowed in the cabins, only cats, but we confirmed with Tanner that dogs are more than welcome. It was wonderful having our pup with us to enjoy the adventure! We highly recommend booking with Tanner and Voyageur North Outfitters directly to save money on the booking fees through Vrbo and other online sites! If you need some ideas or recommendations for things to see while you stay in Ely, Tanner is the guy to ask. He is a top tier host!
