Welcome to The Ely House, a Northwoods home located just one block from downtown Ely. The house is within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and scenic trails, and just minutes from an entry point to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.
The Ely House has been professionally managed as a short-term rental for several years and is newly available on VRBO as part of our portfolio expansion.
The main floor offers a comfortable layout with a spacious living room with TV, a formal dining area, an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a bright sunroom. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware, including pots, pans, and coffee. Board games are available for relaxed evenings indoors. A queen sofa sleeper on the main level provides additional sleeping space.
Upstairs, the home features two bedrooms with queen beds and one large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a classic clawfoot tub. Laundry is located in the basement.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private backyard with a fenced-in deck, a fire pit, and Adirondack chairs, offering a pleasant space to unwind after a day exploring Ely and the surrounding area. The home includes heating and air conditioning for comfort throughout the year.
