"Good location, quiet but close to centre. Great breakfast, staff"

"Unhelpful staff who were slow to help and asked for money for charges we shouldn’t have to pay. Decor is decades old and the view nonexistent. Hotel is hard to find if you’re driving. Garage ok and cheaper than others nearby but not particularly safe. We didn’t stay for breakfast. "

"Small room was clean. I missed an airco in the room. The traffic was noisy because the door had to be open to get some air in the room. "

"We booked as part of a tour following the football, its a large hotel and very tastefully decorated, we booked a suite which was very well equipped and spacious. The staff were fantastic and really could not fault anything. The tram station is 100m away from the rear of the hotel so also convenient to get into the main town. My only part negative comment was parking at 24 euro a night seemed a little high compared to the previous hotels, but that is it!"
