Cozy unique apartment nestled in the heart of downtown Elmira.

Perfect little location located in the heart of downtown Elmira. This location overlooks the Erie train tracks. At the back of the unit just steps away you can will find these great american businesses McDonald's, Weis Supermarket, Walgreens, and much more. Can I also mention this is the only apartment on the block. It overlooks of new world class art works.

FYI: This is the second floor walk up "stairs".

Wonderful place to stay! The property owner was exceptionally cooperative, always accessible, and very helpful. He guided us throughout our trip, provided all the necessary information. The apartment was very nice and cozy, and my family really loved it. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
