"This hotel was brilliant. We had a lovely family room which looked out to the mountain. Everything was clean and well designed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location handy for travel by rail, bus and hiking. Would love to return here one day."

"À l'arrivée, un peu déçue car le petit jeune à la réception n'a pas vraiment pu me renseinger mais jai ensuite été très agréablement surprise par l'hôtel Une salle de restaurant/petit dej très jolie, un jardin a l'arrière de l'hôtel et atenant à la piscine intérieure et au SPA. SPA qui dailleurs était très complet, un gros plus après une journée de rando. Dans la chambre d'hôtel, une bouteille d'eau et un peignoir vous attendent. Salle de bain bien pensée (étagères, savons..) ce qui n'est pas...

"Hotel was great, clean looked old but that was the vibe, big room, friendly staff nice breakfast too and quiet. Only issue was no fans available for the room so had to puck up my own but would go again even had parking too."

"Spacious rooms, an excellent location and helpful staff. The pool and gym are great, and we hired a tennis court while there too. Excellent breakfast selection. Half board meals got very relative and rooms are very dated but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Cute place with a nice breakfast. Staff was functionally helpful and curt. Limited dining options. Parking was not sufficient and very tight. Best option was to park on the street. The room was very hot and there was no climate control for the summer months. Location is on a busy street and the main shooping/dining areas were about 1km away"

"Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Bereits vor unserer Anreise hatten wir das Hotel kontaktiert, um zu erfragen, ob die Zimmer über funktionierende Kühlschränke verfügen. Auf unsere Anfrage haben wir jedoch nie eine Antwort erhalten. Vor Ort stellte sich dann heraus, dass die Kühlschränke in drei Zimmern nicht funktionierten. Da dies für uns wichtig war, haben wir das Problem direkt bei der Hotelmanagerin angesprochen. In einem persönlichen Gespräch versprach sie, sich...

"Excellent stay! The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, which could offer a wider variety of options. Overall, a great experience, and I would happily stay here again."
