Staff were great. What wasn't good was - no hot water. Very loud on our floor with kids running around and people openly going from room to room drinking. Not sure we'd go back, unfortunately.

Enjoyed the Fairmont Gold Experience. Gold Lounge was closed for renovations on our last day, but the hotel took great care of us in the restaurant for breakfast. We will be back.

The rooms are always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love staying here. There are a lot of stores close by if you need anything in your room. They have altos or The Tavern united for after hours hunger.
