"Ample parking. Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfast. Overall, stay was very nice."

"The property didn't feel safe, let alone friendly. The building is in terrible shape and the clientele is questionable. I felt uncomfortable immediately. When I go to the front desk (in a dark, smelly office) , the attendant told me he needed to change my room because I booked an accessible room and that there would be a room change charge. I agreed to that, but then the total charge was significantly higher than what I booked . Because he "had to" change my room, he did not have to honor the price when I initially booked through Expedia. Another person sitting in the office told me that the desk attendant did the same thing to him. I ended up leaving and staying at a different hotel. I almost never leave reviews but this experience was so awful. I don't understand how this place has so many stars. "

"The room was clean but had a musty smell to it, the mini fridge was in poor condition, and I had trouble sleeping because the walls are so thin I could hear the conversation, music, and tv in the room next door as if I was in the same room. I was charged an extra $2.28 after check-in for safe and keys but wasn't notified of the charge. When I asked for a copy of where it identified the additional charge, they weren't able to provide it and wouldn't reverse it. Staff was slow at check-in and rude when I asked for the $2.28 to be reversed. "

"Bed was terrible, very firm mattress. They were having an issue with heat when we checked in, I guess there was a town wide issue. TV did not work in our room. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was good. Check-in and check out were easy and quick. "

"The hotel was under construction for renovations during our stay. We reserved a room with 1 King bed that was newly refurbished. We were puzzled about the following renovations: a see through glass door on the shower and the toilet was adjacent, a large empty corner in the room were an oversized chair should have been (the only place to sit was the bed or 1 desk chair, and limited parking due to construction debris and storage containers."

"We walked in the door at 9 o’clock, and there was a live band playing, and we literally got smacked in the face with a cloud of pot, cigarettes, and vape smoke. This lasted until at least midnight. The next morning when we woke up, there were joints in the hallway outside our room! I was staying there with my young daughter. The live band is understandable but not the drug use in the hotel. "
