- The Fleetwing cottage is a charming beach cottage with a private dock during the summer months right on the shore of peaceful Garrett Bay. Named the Fleetwing after the shipwreck by that name that is right off your private pier The Fleetwing cottage is tucked in a private, setting with beautiful views of Door Bluff. The Fleetwing is completely remodeled with 3 bedrooms (one with air-conditioning) and 2 baths, also super fast internet access, an ideal vacation home for a large family. A magnificent fireplace makes cool evenings a pleasure, or enjoy eating outside on the stone patio. There is a private dock (summer season) for sunning, swimming or enjoying sunsets, also a firepit on the beach for evening fires. Pets and kids are welcome! You are a bluff away from Gills Rock and great eating at the Shoreline or a ferry ride to Washington Island. Ellison Bay is a 3 minute drive away with coffee shops, Pioneer store and three restaurants offering curbside or outdoor and indoor eating.
