This charming home sits right on the beautiful and exciting Coosawattee River. The back yard is level to the water's edge where the setting is truly park like. With a fire pit and seating you'll probably find yourself spending a lot of time here just enjoying the rushing waters of this great river. The house itself has plenty of windows for river viewing and is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The large great room has a wood burning fireplace and beautiful wood floors and walls for that warm comfy feeling. When the day is over everyone can hang out by the riverfront fire pit. All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
