Great place, great location, and great service!
Loved our time here. Weather wasn’t ideal but had a lot of fun hanging at the house and exploring Ellicottville. Small issue with the key pad but was solved in minutes. Great hosts!!! Thanks for an awesome weekend!

Great stay
Wonderful place for our family vacation. Tons of room inside to spread out, more TVs than you can shake a stick out. Everything worked and was clean and up to date. Easy to get to and parking was great. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Girls’ Getaway!
A few besties, some wine, snacks, shopping and the BEST townhouse made for a perfect getaway! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and their flexibility for a later check out was the cherry on top. Can wait to come back!

Great weekend!
What a great find! 2 adults and 4 teens stayed at Don and Amber’s well equipped townhouse. We skied each day as the resort is right down the hill. We could have walked but chose to drive as we had a good overnight snow and temps in the single digits. Apres skiing included home cooked meals in a well stocked kitchen and relaxing by the three televisions, reading and playing board games and Xbox. We even squeezed in some time in town as it was a very short drive! Communication with the owners was informative and quick. We wish we could have stayed a little longer!

Great Weekend Away
The condo was great! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids (10-14). There was plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable beds. Communication with the owner was very good. Only suggestion I would make is bring additional bathroom towels- we had to do laundry a couple times.

Weekend getaway with grandkids
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Our grandkids loved the 3 levels and certainly got their exercise going up and down. Easy to get around and a very relaxing time away. Thanks.

This place was everything I could have hoped for - a clean, quiet retreat up the mountain that felt like home. I wish I could have stayed longer. Communication with the owners was easy, prompt and great overall. Thanks for a wonderful stay - I would definitely stay again!

Convenient and cozy
This is located very convent to the main lodge at Holiday valley and provides a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen nicely stocked with the necessary equipment.

Very Nice
Everything was great. The check in process was easy. We arrived at the property and we’re very happy with the cleanliness. The condo is very close to the resort and local bars/restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend staying at this property.

What a lovely townhouse with a pretty nice view of the ski slopes of Holiday Valley! We had such a lovely time celebrating Christmas in Ellicottville. Great stay in a beautiful location!
The property is beautifully placed within the wooded hills at holiday valley. Very quiet and serene, easy to enjoy on one of the two balcony’s. The property was very spacious with plenty of places for people to sleep and even have some privacy. The fireplace makes for cozy nights in and the games in the rental were a great addition as well. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you may need while you’re there. Owner was extremely responsive. Hope to visit again!

Two families ski weekend
Owners responsive to messages was great. Close proximity to mountain. We drove there and back 3x in one day easily. Convenient enough to return for meals, warm up, and then back to slopes. We could only get lift passes for Sunday, Saturday was sold out months in advance. So we found a sledding hill nearby if you pull out from townhouse and make a left then drive to end of street. Decor & linens were out dated but it was clean and overall served its purpose at a reasonable rate for our 2 families of 4 adults, 4 kids under 12. Fun weekend!

Great condo and location
The condo has everything you need and its only .4 of a mile from Holiday Valley. You can see the slopes from the condo and you can see the condo from the slopes. ;) It is very clean, has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, the kitchen, dining and living room are on the middle level and a lofted master bedroom and bathroom are on the 3rd level. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms and the living room. Small decks are located on the middle level and off the master. Owners are great and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay! :)

Great for a ski weekend
The townhouse is a nice location just across the street from Holiday Valley. It is a little too far to walk with your ski boots on but fine if you carry your gear and change there. They provided clean sheets and towels and there is a kitchen with pretty much all that you need for basic cooking. Worked out well. Quiet neighbors and no problems.

This was a great place to stay, so close to town but nestled in the woods. For a family from Florida making their way to Syracuse, this was a perfect spot for beauty, peace and quiet. We had a very comfortable stay, and would stay again!

Simply Wonderful!
We rented this beautiful townhome to celebrate my little sisters 21st Birthday with my aunts, and grand mother and siblings ranging from the ages of 17-71 and it was perfect! Everyone had such a great tome. Very conveniently located, spacious and very clean! Thank you for such a wonderful time!!
