- This cozy, BRAND NEW townhouse has over 2100 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Located in the heart of the village, it is within walking distance to all the local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Located just 0.7 miles to the nearest ski lifts. First floor features a beautiful, spacious kitchen with all new appliances and a very large island that seats 8. The first floor open concept transitions from kitchen into the inviting living room with a cozy gas fireplace. Sliding glass door opens onto a stamped concrete patio with a view!
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with dual vanities, and a washer/dryer. The scenic view from the master bedroom is of the Holimont slopes. This townhouse includes an attached single car garage and driveway for multiple cars. There are so many things to do all year-round.
