Booking Guest must be of 25 years of age. Up to 4 Cars can be parked only on the driveway. For TVs please use your Amazon Prime or Netflix Account.
We kindly ask that you leave the home in the same condition at check-out as it was when you arrived. Thank you for your cooperation! Please make sure to follow the check-in and check-out procedures carefully to avoid any additional charge of $500. Do not temper with the settings of the thermostat.
