This beautiful and modern apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed and an additional separate sleeping area with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2-story apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), and a coffee bar. Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, flatware, bakeware, toaster, and coffee pot. No pets please. Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.

Roomy, very clean, perfect for what we needed. Close to town, close to skiing. Our only issue was the walls being very thin, but not that big of an issue. Communication with the Manager was excellent. Very happy with the stay.

Very nice
Very nice condo in great location and ample parking. However, for a condo that "sleeps 6" there should be more than 4 forks and 4 dinner plates. Cookware was limited, and there was no salt/pepper. Bedding and towels were nice quality but the pillows are horrible.
