Escape to this charming house in picturesque Ellenton. This nice property features 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a family or group of friends. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer and shower, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers an adorable sofa bed for additional sleeping space. This is our Family Vacation Home. We love it, and so will you.
There is a heated pool, hurricane proof windows, plenty of parking including your trailers and RVs, you can even bring your boat! Relax, work hard, hang out or even fish out back.
Our property has direct access to the canal, we're at the end with a stunning view pool.
Close to beaches, and downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg - 45 min to downtown Tampa. Less than 25 minutes to open Gulf.

Very nice and comfortable stay
My sisters and I rented this place for a long-overdue family get-together. The home was extremely well stocked with all the expected things and many unexpected things! We had everything we needed and then some. The furniture was super comfortable, everything was updated, all the appliances were new and in great shape, and the showers in each bathroom were dreamy. Easy access to groceries, shopping, gas, etc. Anything you might need is right there. We did not get a chance to use the swim spa/pool, but we did take advantage of the outdoor seating area in the cool on the morning and evening to connect and enjoy the view. Overall great stay, and great communication with the owner. Thanks!
