The home is ideally positioned for direct fairway views while being surrounded by trees for excellent privacy, and offers a sprawling acre of level grounds for year-round activities.

The home offers many amenities, including a full kitchen with professional-grade appliances, a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace, a large patio and deck, toys and games for the whole family, 6 large HDTV's with DirectTV, apps, and FireTV's, and complimentary 100MB internet. Also we have just recently added a Golf Simulator for year round Golf. It’s all you could want for your next getaway!

• Kitchen: the spacious kitchen features all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals—or you can cook outdoors on our gas barbeque. Enjoy your culinary creations at the spacious 10-seat dining room table, kitchen bar, or even outside on our 8-person patio set and enormous outdoor sectional. This home was built for entertaining!

• Activities: there are many ways to spend a fun afternoon or evening around the property, from relaxing in the 8-person hot tub, to enjoying lawn games, to watching your favorite sports in the spacious living room on our 65” 4K curved TV. The living room accommodates intimate gatherings as well as large parties: curl up with a book beside the stone fireplace, or enjoy the evening with a large group of family and friends.

• Bedrooms: each of the 4 bedrooms are fully furnished for your group and uniquely designed with their own themes, and the bathrooms are stocked with complimentary essentials. The master bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, gas fireplace, TV, and ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The lower level features two more bedroom suites with king sized beds, each with televisions and their own private bathrooms—if you’d prefer, one of the beds can be converted to two twins. The 4th bedroom features 6 bunk beds with sleeping for 7.

Guests have private access to the entire house and property. A portable crib, high chair, and child safety gates are available by request.

Please note that we charge a $100 fee per pet. Well-behaved and trained dogs only, please!

Must climb stairs - There is a small flight of stairs at the entrance, and a full flight of stairs down to the lower level.

SUNCADIA is a vacation destination for every season. Two golf courses will challenge your swing while miles of walking and biing trails provide hours of adventure. The winter months are filled with sledding and snowmen and Snoqualmie Pass is a short 25 minute drive. The summer months are exciting with lakes, rivers and sunshine all around. Fine dining and casual fares are plentiful within the community and of course just outside of Suncadia in Cle Elum and Roslyn. Visit the Swift Water Winery for some wine tasting or venture over to Roslyn to the historic Brick Saloon. There is something for everyone.
