"Everything was excelent, rooms are clean. The only little thing, is that they don't fill back up the stuff for breakfast quickly. So once it runs out, your just waiting around for a long time."

"Took 2 hours to check in- put in a room with broken door, key didn’t work, hole in wall, attitude from staff because they were booked. Then switched rooms attitude again, bathtub broken curtain dirty, pool and hot tub dirty and new key stopped working….never had so many problems in one visit…."
