"Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. "

"Overall really happy and would definitely stay here again except that only one treadmill was working and the hot tub was out of order. Otherwise very satisfied "

"The room was clean I love the face it was a lot of towels and rags in the room already. Staff was very nice always there to help out in anyway they can. I also love it’s toddler friendly he had a blasted and so did my 7 year old we will definitely be back. "
