"I booked & paid for this hotel weeks in advance and reserved a room with two queen beds and when arrived they said they overbooked and gave us a room with a king bed with couch that had a pull out mattress. The pull out mattress was uncomfortable and our teenage daughter didn't sleep on it so we all had to sleep in the king bed which was the purpose of having two beds reserved. The whole point of making a reservation for a room and paying in advance is to make sure you get the room your choosing and paying for. Disappointed that reservations are not honored and defeats the purpose of reserving a room of your choice. The staff was nice and tried to be accommodating. I just don't understand how you book a hotel and they give away your reservation. "

"Good spot, a cut above most in the price range. The included breakfast was great, had nice sausage medallions, biscuits & gravy, eggs, waffles, plus the usual stuff.

"I would rate my room itself as a 7/10. Some issues in the bathroom but appeared clean overall. Housekeeping was parked in the hall blocking room at 7 pm at night? The main problem was my room was on the back side of the hotel and a major street which led to the Interstate was right there! Sounded like drag racing every half hour between cars and motorcycles racing to beat the light or just accelerating to race each other. It was ALL NIGHT! Chairs in the dining area were so dirty after looking at 10 i finally found one I could put a napkin on and sit. The rest were disgusting. Best thing - THE STAFF! Hotel clerk was helpful and very sweet. Cook in the morning was very friendly and a great cook! I would not stay here again just knowing the problem with the noise. Hope they improve cleanliness. "
