PERFECT LOCATION: Lovely, quiet rooms, deck, and view were the perfect location for both mountain and town accessibility. Exactly what we were hoping for to enjoy Vail.
GOOD AMENITIES: The complimentary use of the spa was a great feature. The gym equipment was well maintained.
POOR MAINTENANCE:
1. The elevator was not working for our entire stay, and we had to use 3 flights of stairs to get to the gym, spa, ice, water, and lobby.
2. The shower didn't drain, and after asking twice for it to be serviced, it still hadn't been unplugged by the time we checked out.
3. The spring water station ran out of water.
4. The pool area was beautifully laid out, but parts of it were sloppily boarded up and caving in, which was distracting from the overall ambiance.
THE CUCINA was open for breakfast, and the food was good; however, the service was extremely poor, and we ended up not using that restaurant.
