The main level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a bright open-concept living area filled with natural light. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together, creating an ideal space for cooking meals, gathering with family and friends, or simply relaxing after a day outdoors. Two large sliding glass doors open to an elevated deck overlooking the marsh, where guests can enjoy morning coffee, outdoor dining, or evening drinks surrounded by peaceful views. The deck features a picnic table for outdoor dining, while the lower patio area includes a gas grill for easy vacation cooking during your stay.

Also located on the main level is a comfortable queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and a bunk room featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds that are perfect for kids or additional guests.

The lower level welcomes guests upon entry and features an additional living area designed for entertainment and relaxation. A foosball table provides fun for both kids and adults, while the separate seating area offers another comfortable gathering space. This level also includes a queen bedroom with a desk for remote work, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a laundry room for added convenience during extended stays.

Upstairs, the loft area offers a cozy retreat overlooking the main living space. This level includes a seating area, two twin beds, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a comfortable and private space for additional guests.
