"Very disappointed! Room keys didn’t work. Walked to the front of the building to the office. He ran them again and walked back with me and they still didn’t work. He had to go back again and they worked on the third try. The heater was so noisy. The rooms were not soundproof and all night long all I heard were doors slamming, and heavy people above me walking around. Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. "
