A perfect outdoor adventurous getaway still centrally located to dining, shopping and entertainment. 12 minutes to Watauga Lake, 13 minutes to Johnson City and 10 minutes Elizabethton. Surrounded by Appalachian trail access points, and Nolichucky River & Watauga River for kayaking/fishing/boating/float trips.
