Resort has everything you need especially if you have kids. Pool is amazing, tennis court and games room available too. The cottages are well equipped. Wardrobes were not vacuumed on the inside when we got there but other than that clean and comfortable even if it’s a little dated. Perfect for what we were after, and accommodated for a late check out as we have a baby. Great location. Would come again.

Convenient to go to nearby beaches and Pacific Palms recreation to go for meals. Nice place to stay with a young family. Would consider staying again. Clean and tidy too. Nice pool and tennis courts, even a bbq to use.

The accomodation was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and plenty of room for a family of 4. Driveway is very narrow. Staff were very friendly and they had great after hours check-in process.

Lovely clean room and facilities. Everything you need - we couldn’t fault anything. Love listening to the birds early in the morning! Our stay was very relaxing. Also great having free wifi as the reception with Vodafone in the area is really bad. This was our second stay at the property and would definitely go back again.

Apartment was reasonably comfortable, but the bedroom was a little small and had a musty smell (mould on the windows). Carpet ready for a refresh. Check in details provided by Lastminute were incorrect (stated as 2 to 4pm). We booked a few days before and received a confirmation email telling us to ring ahead. When I rang it was the long weekend and the office was closed all 3 days and was unable to even leave a message. When I finally got through on the day we were arriving I was told reception closes at 3pm....and that it was up to me to report the error to Lastminute.com!

Great Natural location
Enjoyed a weekend at Pacific Palms Resort. Spacious accommodation with adequate facilities. Bed comfortable and unit extremely clean . Amenities closed due to Covd. restrictions. Overall a tranquil place to stay in a natural setting within close distance to the beach.

Best Getaway
Fantastic place for leisure, rest and peaceful time with family and friends. Great service and great people. Will surely visit again and recommend this resort to those who seek peace and comfort.

Pacific Palm delight
Spacious 2 bedroom chalet appearance cabin set 20 minutes south of Forster. Has a full tennis court with plenty of rackets and tennis free to use, a fabulous pool and spa and entertaining games room. Great sized bedrooms with 2 tvs and full sized fridge with a well equipped kitchen. An enjoyable stay

Excellent accommodation for family gathering
By booking two apartments we were able to have ourselves adult children and grandparents stay in this resort. Grandparents were very comfortable while the kids were able to enjoy the tennis court, swimming pool and rec room. Over the few days we enjoyed to Elizabeth beach and local cafes.

Surprisingly quiet with loads of birds.
The Resort facilities and atmosphere are terrific. The amenities are clean and tidy. The free laundry is a great surprise.

Beautiful accommodation
Wonderful accommodation in a peaceful, tranquil location. Attended a family wedding nearby on the Saturday and stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. Great to wake up after the wedding in such a clean, well maintained room. Plenty of supplies e.g. kitchen supplies, towels, sheets. Enjoyed using the gym (complete with towels for guest use) and games area. The pool and tennis court were both in excellent condition. Would return in a heartbeat.

Resort is cramped hard to drive through and park your car , also had to put up with renovations at rear of our room with earthmoving equipment working from 8am till 4 pm should have room rate reduced

Great place to stay
We were in Pacific Palms for our son's Rowing in the Battle of the Boats. Pacific Palms Resort was in a great location, close to the beach and also the lake where it was moved to. The room was spacious and lovely and clean. I will definitely stay there when we head back next year and any other time we visit. Claire was fantastic and very helpful when I called and in person. Very peaceful surroundings and great facilities. 5 star!!

Its not somewhere that I would recommend - sorry
Unfortunatley I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone. The hotel grounds are lovely and its in a nice spot near Elizabeth Beach. BUT our stay has been dampened by their $200 bond charge that I'm still waiting to be returned to my account nearly 2 weeks later :( The hotel keeps telling me to call the bank, and the bank keeps telling me to call the hotel. I really wish this issue was taken more seriously by the hotel and handled in a better matter. BEWARE. The room itself was large BUT its old, with stained carpet, and has a tiny 2 person sofa that you can't really relax on, and a double bed hard as a rock. There isn't anywhere very comfortable to sit or sleep after a long day exploring the beaches. Next time I would choose a hotel or resort within walking distance to the beach or Forster town (this hotel you can't do either).

We were surprised at the size of the rooms. They are huge. Staff were wonderful and so helpful when we needed something. Great facilities. and close to the beach.

Great resort, beaut pool and facilities, loved it!
We stayed here for 7 nights, Jan '16 school hols ( family of 4) our first time and it wont be our last! Loved the fact it was half way between Forster and Seal Rocks and we were so close to unspoiled beaches. Staff were so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Facilities and amenities very good and a beautiful pool to relax by in the afternoon. Lovely, comfortable and clean 2 bedroom unit with air cond which was great to have as a couple of days were very hot. Loved this place we will be back soon!
