Absolutely a treasure find for anyone staying in the area! This place has so much care and thought put into it and the hospitality simply cannot be beat Thank you for building these relaxing and cozy getaways!
Our stay was fantastic. The silo is adorable, clean, and tastefully decorated. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make it original and cozy. We stayed for two nights to attend a graduation at Fort Sill. It was an easy drive to base.
Just as advertised. Very clean, easy instructions, a very cool experience staying in a grain silo. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
This Painted Silo is so cool. Very nice, quiet place. It had everything we needed. We didn’t get to meet Patti but Gary was very nice. Thanks for a great stay and for the fresh produce.
Very Clean very quiet furniture was very comfortable. The host was very easy to communicate with. When we arrived the sunflowers were in bloom. They had a garden of tomatoes & squash that we had access to. Which I thought was awesome.
What a truly wonderful and amazing experience for my parents first time visit in Oklahoma!!! They simply adored the cilo and how cute and comfy the whole experience was. Honestly i run a magazine and I'll be putting this home in as one of the best getaway vacations in the state! Not only was the home beautiful but the owners were very kind and attentive to their needs and even provide a garden with fresh vegetables for the patrons to enjoy during their stay! Simply amazing!
The Silo was set up perfectly. Patti went all out with snacks, waters, super comfortable bed, and everything you need for a home away from home. I can't recommend it enough for anyone staying in the Elgin, Ft Sill area. We were in town visiting our son stationed at Ft. Sill & living in Elgin. It was very convenient drive to base and the town of Elgin is lovely.
There is not enough kind words I can say about our stay.
We drive from Dallas TX hoping to find a nice hideaway, from busy work, heavy traffic, noise, fast pace and we find it.
This stay of a quiet area, in a home like environment, with it unique setting was beyond what we expected. The bed was comfortable, we took my brother who is in a wheelchair, no problems at all. My husband enjoyed some fresh tomatoes from the garden. Clean, equipped with everything needed. TV had old movies which we loved. Very pleased with stay
The Sunflower Bin was perfect for our girls getaway. I stayed in the bottom bunk of the bunk beds (which are tall enough to sit up in and read, huge plus!) and my friend stayed in the king size bedroom upstairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! Clean is how I would describe the space. It is all very well decorated and equipped well. You could stay here for an extended time very comfortably. Communication with owners was clear and timely. We will come back, and maybe even try the Horse Bin sometime. There are some great restaurants in Elgin and Medicine Park. Scott Mountain is worth seeing! Perfect view from the top. Wow!
Very clean and had made us feel at home. Everything was lovely. First stay in a vrbo. Definitely will make this our go to stay in future. Hosts were amazing and communication was great.
The Silo was beautiful inside and out. Patti was extremely helpful and kind. We were close to the High School and walking distance to town!!!The interior was decorated with care and everything we needed was provided. I highly recommend this property and it’s Owners
We enjoyed this property! Owner was very informative of places to see around the area. We hope to stop by again someday when traveling through. Very cute idea as well!
