"My family and I have stayed twice now at your hotel. Both times we had the exact same room. Would have been nice to switch it up. Our bathroom was dirty and the heat did not work. We called down to the front desk to let them know but, no one came to check it out. We do like staying the hotel, and the kids love the water park and action city as well. It just would have been nice to be in another room, clean bathroom or even a continental breakfast. "
