"Exceptional service! The reception team was wonderful—always kind, attentive and happy to help. Even after checkout, they carefully arranged delivery of a toiletry bag we had left behind. The breakfast was very good, too. Their warmth and thoughtful care made our family’s stay truly special. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely room and exceptional staff. Although English was certainly a barrier, the staff went above and beyond to understand our requests and accommodate accordingly. Highly recommend."

"Very pleasant stay. "

"The building was neglected. The bathroom was very dirty. The staff hardly spoke, they just frowned."

"Despite having completed the reservation and payment, I was not allowed to enter the hotel due to being a foreigner. I have not yet received a refund."
