When we went to use it the water was warm ( not warm enough) but no jets. I called the front desk & was told that maintenance told them they’ve been waiting for ‘a part’ for awhile now & sorry. The hot tub was the main reason for my booking so it was quite disappointing."

"Request in advance for any additional towels or cleaning the room. I requested my room to be cleaned the staff said they are at capacity then I said just replace the towels. When I came back around midnight, my room was not cleaned nor towels has been replaced"
