"The outside looks run down a bit, inside was remodeled. The room smelled, fridge still had things not cleaned out from prior guest. Not a horrible stay for the money but would not say it’s 8/10 as stated on Expedia. More like a 5/10"

"Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!"

"The bed was super comfy. Plenty of room. The sleeper sofa was too soft for me, but the other seating worked fine as I wasn't in much except when it rained, or getting dark. Lighting was good. Able to read without any trouble. Had everything needed in kitchen. The toaster doesn't have a crumb catch pan, so I just used a cookie sheet and that worked fine. The neighborhood was very quiet and being gated, very safe. Lots close by, like Publix, restaurants, shops, thrifts, etc."
