"Great place to stay right on the shopping strip. Easily accessible and close to all the shopping, restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend, the place is in great shape, has no issues, beautiful view of the river from the sunroom in the back. Great stay!"

"The new owners are trying very hard to please the customers. It is probably the best full-service hotel lodging option in Frankfort, with an excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinners. It is a short walk to the beach and lighthouses and a great jumping off point for the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore to the north and Arcadia Dunes to the south."

"Awesome location, has everything you need for a weekend or week long trip. 2 adults and 4 teenagers was a tight but manageable. Walking distance to beach and restaurants."

"property was exactly as described. Great location close to Elberta and Frankfurt beaches. Was easy to check in and plenty of room for our whole family. 5 bedrooms plus a pull out couch in the 'second' living room. Contract said check out was at 11am but actually had to be out by 10am. Would recommend this home for any large group, plenty of room and lots of bathrooms."
