"Room and property were clean. Staff was excellent. Mattress was not as firm as I prefer."

"Room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was very weak, but overall bathroom was clean. Ceiling was patched after water leak and looked pretty bad. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was average and coffee was watered down. Be aware, this hotel recently implemented $8 per day parking charge. They didn’t charge me for it only because at the time of reservation there were no mentioning of parking charges. Hotels keep looking for opportunities to extort more money from their customers. "

"Pubic hair in the bathtub. Several issues were in need of repair such as: weight room was very hot and humid. It had weights but no bench to use the weights on. The room we stayed in was clearly not vacuumed well, if at all. Several other maintenance issues throughout. "

"Flooring was dirty bathroom small. But my biggest aggravation is we have a service dog which is highly trained and per the service animal law there is no charge for service animals and we were charged $25 should not have been"

"The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Breakfast was very good, waitress very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out staff were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. "
