Good location for visiting the sights of the central city. The room was very spacious, with a small kitchen and living space separate from the bedroom. The breakfast had a good range and was well stocked. The rooftop bar was a good spot for a refreshment after a day exploring the sights. The only negative was that our we could hear the noise from the bar in our 5th floor room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants.

My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally. They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing. Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes.

I had a very pleasant stay at Luciano K Hotel in Santiago. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently helpful from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience feel smooth and personal. As an Expedia Platinum member, I also received a nice room upgrade, which was much appreciated and added extra comfort to the stay. I also liked the room itself — it had a number of small designer touches and interesting details that made it feel a bit more unique than a standard hotel room, without being over the top. Overall, a very positive experience, with excellent service at the heart of it.
